All oral and poster presentations will be given in English (there will be no simultaneous translation)
Information for speakers
Projection in the Stravinski Hall is given the size of the hall based on a
Speakers specially designed system, that allows PowerPoint files as basis.
The preferred option is that speakers bring their PP-files on a CD or memorystick.
In both cases the technical staff should be contacted 1 hour prior to the session to load and check presentations and preferably directly at the beginning of the symposium.
Poster presentation
Poster presentations will take place on level B4
